  Fantastic Family Holiday at Limak Atlantis Belek

  We had a wonderful holiday at Limak Atlantis Belek, and everything was great from start to finish! The service was excellent, and there was plenty to do for children, making it the perfect family holiday. My son had a fantastic time and really enjoyed our stay. The entertainment team was great as well! They helped create a fun and lively atmosphere, with plenty to keep everyone entertained throughout our holiday. A special mention goes to Akan, the barman on the hotel pier, who was absolutely fantastic. His friendly service and great attitude really made an impression on us and made our time there even more enjoyable. I would also like to praise Emine Koptur, our housekeeper, who was incredibly thorough and did an excellent job. Her towel sculptures were second to none and added such a lovely, personal touch to our stay! A big thank you to the whole team for making our holiday so enjoyable and memorable. We would happily recommend Limak Atlantis Belek to families looking for a fantastic holiday, and we would love to return!

  Worst guest relations ever

  Nice Property

  Guest relations! If it weren’t for the experience with Guest Relations, I would easily have rated this property 9/10 stars! During check-in, I was asked about the purpose of my visit. I mentioned that I was celebrating my birthday, which had actually been two weeks earlier. I wasn’t expecting anything special and certainly hadn’t asked for anything. The next day, someone called my room and told me they had heard about my birthday from a colleague. They kindly suggested that I visit Guest Relations, where they would speak to a manager about arranging a complimentary restaurant in the hotel for me. I thought this was a lovely and unexpected gesture! Unfortunately, when I visited Guest Relations a couple of days later, nobody seemed to know anything about it. The way the situation was handled left me feeling as though I had made the whole thing up, which was disappointing and quite unprofessional. It was a shame, as this unnecessary misunderstanding put a damper on what had otherwise been a lovely stay. Next to me communicate better with your colleagues!

  I felt tricked because the high booking.com grade and the fake 5 star hotel were not real

  The staff were excellent. Super friendly, always smiling, going the extra mile to please you. The food was ok, but not wow.

  For starters I was expecting a 5 star hotel. This was definitely not the case. Maybe 20+ years ago it was a 5 star hotel. The beds were making noises and the mattresses were old and uncomfortable. The doors were not closing properly, you could actually see the gap between the door and the frame, which means you could hear all the people passing by your room. Each restaurant had its own music, loud music which means if you wanted to enjoy a nice pleasant evening was impossible since you could hear up to 3-4 different music sources. The rooms had signs of water damage. The bathroom door was not properly closing (this was fixed after we reported it). Inside the hotel there were stores with fake luxury brands with items sold for 20-30€ instead of several hundreds.
