The worst experience ever!!!
First, I had significant difficulty opening the entrance lock. However, the main issue was that once I entered the property, both the building and the apartment were completely different from what was shown in the listing photos. The accommodation did not match the description or the images advertised on Booking.com. The apartment was in unacceptable condition, and I have attached photos showing how it actually looked upon my arrival. I immediately contacted the property owner and informed them that I could not stay in the apartment because it did not correspond to the listing. I was told that someone would call me back, but I never received any follow-up. I also requested a free cancellation, but my request was ignored. My reservation was still active, even though I informed that I had already left the apartment and would not be staying there. Unfortunately, the owner refused to cooperate or offer any solution.
