We were a group of six, and the apartment was wonderfully spacious. It features three bedrooms, each with its own private en-suite bathroom, which was incredibly convenient. There’s a cozy living room perfect for lounging and watching TV, and a spacious kitchen where you can comfortably prepare and sit down for family meals. The location is fantastic—very close to Syntagma Square, with a great variety of lively bars and restaurants right on the street and in the surrounding neighborhood.
Apartment It is located on the first floor (you go up the stairs from the entrance to the ground floor plus the stairs from the ground floor to the first floor). there is no elevator. While it isn’t an issue day-to-day, it can be a bit challenging when carrying heavy luggage. In the kitchen, there is only a standard refrigerator—there is no freezer no microwave. hot water is not available continuously; you need to turn on the boiler and wait for the water to heat up before showering.

Muy buen apartamento SIN ASCENSOR
La ubicación es inmejorable. Y las instalaciones como tal está muy bien.
Todo lo bueno que tiene el apartamento casi lo borra 3 cosas: 1) No tiene ascensor y es un tercer piso efectivamente. 2) Las escaleras para subir son empinadas y muy incómodas para subir las maletas. 3) La entrada es de un edificio viejo y NO la de un aparta hotel del nivel que se pretende vender en su anuncio y fotografías. Todo esto debería ser claro en la descripción del inmueble y al menos advertir y ya uno define y lo toma o no en esas condiciones.

Close proximity to city center attractions
Lime Residences is in an older building that has been refurbished. There is no lift, so we had to carry all our luggage up the stairs to the second floor. The main entrance has a very heavy steel door that is difficult to push open.

Εξαιρετική τοποθεσία, πεντακάθαρα και άμεση ανταπόκριση από τον ιδιοκτήτη σε ότι χρειαστηκαμε. Συστήνεται ανεπιφύλακτα και σίγουρα θα το προτιμήσουμε σε επόμενες διαμονές μας στην Αθήνα
