Die Lage ist perfekt. Die Wohnung sauber. Der Zugang mit Schlüsselcode vollkommen unproblematisch. Wir kommen bestimmt wieder.
Die Einrichtung war sehr spartanisch. (Wohnzimmer).

Geräumige Wohnung mit schönem Balkon, Küchenausstattung gut, tolle Lage - 5 Minuten zum Zwinger, 10 Minuten zur Frauenkirche, großartige Infrastruktur - Rewe und Edeka direkt um die Ecke, einmal über die Straße ist man direkt in der Altmarkt-Galerie. Super Anbindung an die Straßenbahn - Station Postplatz liegt direkt vor der Tür. Gute Sache mit den Codes - so kann man nie den Schlüssel vergessen oder verlieren.
Durch die Nähe zur Bahn recht laut bei offenem Fenster. Bei geschlossenen Fenstern hört man es nicht doll. Das Haus ist ein Passivhaus - irgendwas brummt ständig. Wenn man drauf achtet, nervt es, wenn nicht - kaum zu bemerken. Von den Bewohnern her ist das Haus sehr leise.

Generell hatten wir einen schönen Aufenthalt in Dresden. Mehr Sauberkeit wäre schön
Die Lage war super, es war ruhig
Es war offensichtlich nur das nötigste sauber gemacht,eher oberflächlich. Das Gästebett war total durchgelegen und die Matratzen weich. Es fehlten Handtücher für die dritte Mitreisende Person. Eine Flasche stand noch im Flur. Und durch den Abfluss im Bad Rich das ganze Apartment sehr unangenehm

Sonst alles okay
Super Lage. Zum einkaufen was man so braucht alles nebenan . Wie Bäckerei und Supermarkt. Alles zu Fuß erreichbar ob Shopping oder Kultur wie Frauenkirche usw
In der Unterkunft hat mir nicht gefallen was die Sauberkeit betrifft. Einige Dinge wie zum Beispiel die Dusche , Ecken dreckig und ein unmöglicher Geruch in der Dusche was den Abfluss betrifft. Sollte man mal kontrollieren.
