  The worst accomodation experience ever

  So many bad points just dominte. So I write only bad points here, too. I experienced the worst accmmodation (LimeHome: LH) ever from this apartment. AVOID this apartment with all your efforts. I strongly recommend you not to stay in LH in any cities, although LH's have relatively better locations and prices from the following experiences that I had. I originally made a reservation for 5 nights in LH in Dusseldorf in Augurst, 2026. 1. The LH neglected the promise from the stage of check-in. It promised to provide an alternative video call for ID verification since I don't like uploading my passport as a file due to privacy/security issue. But LH did not follow-up and did not respond to my subsequent messages, forcing me to upload the files by negelecting my messages until I check in. 2. Right after I checked in around 3 PM, a lady suddenly broke into my room without any knocking or permission. 3. The main window (in the picture I provided) cannot be locked, even if the room is right next to a street on the ground floor. 4. There were talkng noises between 2 people from the street right next to my room arount 1 AM on the first night. 5. On the second night, there was a big fight in the lounge at dawn. I woke up at dawn due to loud sounds from fighting. Someone must have hurled a fire-extinguisher (in the picture) and the fight was subdued only after police (in the picture) arrived. I let LH know the situation, but there was no immidiate or proper reponses from LH. The pictures I attached describe the situation at that time. (continued in the next section)

  6. After the 2 nightmare-nights, I asked to change my room to more secure room, which had been in discussion. I also asked to refund for the remaining 3 nights so that I could find another safer accommodation if the change of my room was not possible, I was communicating with Whatsapp by the request of LH. But on the 3rd day, after I asked how the change of my room was going, I got a notification by email not by Whatsapp, around 11:30 AM when I was already out in another city, that I was checked out by force without any mutual consent about my check-out. 7. When I came back to the Dusseldorf HBF, LH asked me to pay the fee for the 3rd night in order for me to get into my room. But LH did not let me know how to pay properly for 2 hours. It neglected my calls and mesages for 2 hours and I was locked out of my room for the time. 8. After I managed to get back into my room on the 3rd night, I tried to find another accommodation for the remaining 2 nights. And I found LH put 2 rooms incluing my room posted in hotels.com and booking.com, although LH had notified me that there is no other room available to change. 9. For 3 nights, I found tht LH enjoys harrasing guests by negelecting messages and calls from the guests, and making guests repeat calls and messages.

  Ligging, makkelijk parkeren onder hotel. Inchecken makkelijk.

  Bloed in de gordijnen, hand doeken werden niet vervangen. Er werd tussendoor niet schoongemaakt. Handdoeken gevraagd ook deze waren vies.

  konum mükemmel,tertemizdi ve ihtiyacınız olacak her şey düşünülmüştü.Beklentilerimizin çok üzerindeydi.Kesinlikle tavsiye ederim
