    Disappointing. Would not recommend.

Location was fantastic. The electronic entry system was easy to use.

Overall very disappointed. Felt like cheap student accommodation rather than a holiday apartment. Apartment was generally tired and bare, lots of damage (cracked tiles, curtains not secured to poles, broken light fixtures etc). It wasn’t particularly clean. Clearly this is run by a company looking to maximise profit at the expense of offering the basics. There are so many great places to stay in Madrid, we got unlucky with this one. I would not return to a Limehome but I would stay in this area again. I raised these issues to Limehome and received a small refund which was inadequate.
