    "Die beste" apartment I could find in Munich so far !

    The best value for the money I could find in Munich during Oktoberfest 2026. Property is exactly as described and on the pictures. Unlocking and entering is smoothly via APP, but also have code access. All amentities listed were there, beds and linen clean, comfortable, and additional linen were there. Despite location is in residential area which is not much prefereable to locals, it is extremely safe, nice, clean and green. Free parking is posible on the street in front of the building. It is 10 km from Marienplatz & Hauptbanhof, but on 3 min walk there is U5 direct line, as well as quite good shopping mall. I would highly recommend this property, for visiting Munich, because it really saves money, where on the other hand, it is so well posiotioned and with U-Bahn you can easly get anywhere.

    First "Entrance door" can have better sign or arrows with numbers. Although it is explained in APP very well, additinal signing could be usefull, especially when arrive late, because there are 2 entrances with apartment in ground and first floor, which are separated, so it can happend to search few minutes where to enter the building.

    Excelente para poucos dias, localização ótima e bairro tranquilo com um ótimo comércio em volta. 15 minutos do centro de Munique, bem prático.

    O sofá cama é um pouco desconfortável.

    Якщо будемо в цьому місті, приїдемо сюди ще раз обов’язково

    Мені сподобалось місце розташування, співвідношення ціни та якості. На міні кухні була сіль, перець, чай та кава, олія - і це дуже зручно та необхідно. Із посуду - все було : і тарілки, і каструля, пательня, набір приборів, стакани, чашки, бокали. можна було увімкнути в душовій обігрівач для рушників. Дуже зручне ліжко. Тепла підлога. Цікава система заселення - можна було через код входити в готель та номер, або через посилання і там натискаючи кнопку «увійти» також було дуже зручно
