    Absolutely Not Worth Your Money, Time Or Patience

    The location.

    Our stay at Limehome was a spectacular failure of customer service. If you value basic competence, avoid it. With no onsite staff, we dealt with at least eight WhatsApp representatives who apparently never communicated. Two problems exposed the same pattern: broken systems and total indifference. 1. A broken washing machine and five hours wasted. Our clothes became trapped in a faulty washing machine. All three telephone numbers listed in the lobby were disconnected. WhatsApp support asked for videos, then asked for the same videos again, promised someone would come the next day, and sent nobody. It was an empty promise. 2. Four days to answer a basic question. We asked how to use Netflix on arrival. Limehome took four days to answer - a response that arrived on checkout day. That is not customer service; it is neglect. On top of that, the air conditioning unit was visibly filthy and clogged with dust. Both of us became ill after leaving it running overnight. We can’t prove the unit caused that, but its condition was unacceptable and hardly reassuring. Limehome was disorganised, unreachable and incapable of resolving basic problems. We paid for accommodation, not a DIY crisis-management exercise. Book elsewhere. Your time, money and patience deserve better. Avoid Limehome.

    We liked the location

    The unit was too small for they layout they tried to achieve. It was not possible to use the wardrobe and the table at the same time. You need to push the table to comfortably use the wardrobe.
