    Zur U-Bahnstation nur 1 Minute und zum nächsten Supermarkt oder Bäcker max. 10 Minuten zu Fuß. Tolle typisch Wienerische Restaurants gleich in der Nähe. Check-In war sehr einfach und unkompliziert. Leider gibt es keine Möglichkeit etwas zeitiger ein zu checken. Super war, dass es eine kostenlose Möglichkeit zum Wäsche waschen und trocknen gab. Die Tiefgarage in der Nähe ist sehr günstig zum parken, wenn man die App dazu nutzt.

    Die Wohnung war zwar sehr groß und geräumig, aber ziemlich dreckig und abgewohnt. In der Küche gab es zu wenig Besteck, Geschirr und kaum Kochutensilien. Teilweise reichte das Besteck nicht einmal für alle Personen. Was in einer Ferienwohnung angebracht wäre, da man sich dort schließlich selbst versorgt. Es gab auch keine Möglichkeit mit einem Besen o.ä. in den Tagen mal die Wohnung von Krümeln und Dreck zu befreien. Die Klimaanlage funktionierte nicht so richtig. Es blieb einfach warm im Zimmer. Lüften konnte man auch nicht richtig. Die Fenster gingen nur einen Spaltbreit auf, da sie gesichert waren.

    - had to spend 4h calling the day before checkin : they didnt want to let me in without selfie (i had an ID ofc). and didnt provide any solution or refund. there is no law requiring selfie. Booking fixed the problem. - then they gave me a horribly dirty room (cf pictures). shower was also impossible to use. i had to spend 2days asking to change it. and once changed to a normal room, they asked me to waste another day to return the previous one. i had to spend hours to refuse and deal with the cleaning company (which is another company) - the client service employee change at every call, no one follow. impossible to get a manager. they even hang up on phone. - i wasted DAYS of stress with this agency and missed important professional meetings. it was a terrible nightmare i hope it will help people to make a decision : AVOID AT ANY COST!!!

    Schöne lage aber leider erwas ungepflegt

    Die Lage direkt an der U-Bahn und an der kleinen Donau Geräumige Wohnung

    Check in in Deutschland äußerst kompliziert Die Unterkunft war nicht sauber zu wenig Toilettenpapier Keine pflegeprodukte wie angekündigt Seifenspender war leer Föhn funktionierte nicht Dachterrasse wat abgeschlossen Kein Ansprechpartner im Haus Viel zu wenig Kleiderbügel Nachttisch Schublade kaputt Zu wenig besteck
