  Nice apartment in a great location, but poor customer support during our stay

  Spacious & Comfortable: The apartment itself is large, clean, well-proportioned, and works very well for a family stay. ​Great Location: Situated in a lovely, convenient area of Paphos. ​Friendly On-Site Staff: Minaz on the local team was consistently polite, kind, and helpful whenever we saw him in person. The apartment itself is spacious, comfortable, and in a fantastic location. On-site staff like Minaz were wonderfully polite and helpful in person. However, our overall experience was let down by a series of frustrating service missteps and poor central management. Turnover standards on arrival fell short (half-eaten food left in a cupboard, dirty balcony), and pre-confirmed basic supplies like tea, coffee, and laundry detergent were either understocked or took days of chasing to receive. Reaching central customer support was very difficult—four phone calls went completely unanswered. Reading other reviews, we suspect we may have just had an unfortunate, off-peak bad experience, but better turnover checks and responsive central communication would make a massive difference to an otherwise lovely property.

  Turnover & Cleanliness Oversight: On arrival, we found half-eaten chocolate in a cupboard and a dirty balcony. While someone came to address the cupboard, the half-eaten food was simply wiped and left on our kitchen counter for us to dispose of, and we were unhelpfully told we’d need to pay for a mid-stay clean to have the balcony sorted. ​Basic Provisioning: Standard essentials were understocked. Pre-confirmed items like tea and coffee were barely provided, and pre-confirmed laundry detergent (vital for a family traveling with young children) took days of chasing to receive. ​Management Communication: Central communication via WhatsApp and phone was frustratingly unresponsive. Four separate phone calls went completely unanswered with zero call-backs, and central support made excuses rather than taking ownership.

  Tanto el apartamento como la zona de piscina es perfecto. Terraza con vistas a las piscinas con sombrilla y muebles para comer en ella. Tienen adaptadores para enchufes europeos. Muy cómodo y limpio.

  El apartamento es un poco caótico, pero es muy habitual en chipre, aprovechan cualquier hueco.

  Excellent value for money. Great for a family holiday. Only a short walk to the main tourist area on the seafront. Close to shops and quad bike/ car rentals.

  Only minor issue is that the resort is quite big, and there is no main reception office, so it was a little difficult to find our apartment when we first arrived, as it is self check-in and no maps or signs around the complex. We drove around the complex a few times to find our block, as we couldn't see the numbering of the blocks on the apartment walls because it was night when we arrived and the signs were not obvious or well lit.
