Great location, rooms are smaller than they look though

Location is great, lots of nice restaurants and cafes nearby, walking distance to some famous tourist attractions and shopping area. Staff was helpful, gave us tips and kept our luggage safe after the checkout.

The floor we were staying on was not acceccible by the elevator at the time of our stay which made carrying luggage difficult as there are lots of spiralling stairs. The room was much smaller than it looked on the pictures and there was very little storage space.
