    Wir hatten mit Freunden eine sehr schöne Zeit

    Das Haus ist sehr großzügig und die Lage ist super

    Dadurch, dass an einem Tag viel geregnet hat, und das grosse Badezimmer undicht ist, tropfte es von der Decke. Man konnte sehen, dass dieses Problem nicht neu war. Ältere Feuchtigkeitsflecken waren schon bei der Ankunft sichtbar. So entsteht Schimmel. Das kleine Bad ist sehr von Schimmel betroffen, und die Lüftung ist defekt. Dieser Zustand passt nicht zum Rest des schönen Hauses. Hier müsste dringend etwas saniert werden. Außerdem fehlen in den Badezimmern Haken.

    The pool & kitchen!

    The time management took to respond to us . No instructions manual with recommendations or information about public transport, shops, how rubbish is sorted etc

    We left the villa in good condition. After checkout the owner claimed damage to the dishwasher, marble barbecue area and dining table, and deducted our full €1,000 security deposit without providing invoices or proper evidence. The dishwasher worked normally during our stay. Some of the claimed damage (including the marble) appeared to already exist — a photo taken on the first day of our stay already showed the issue. The owner also never provided timestamped photos or pictures of the property before our arrival. The way the deposit was deducted, without clear evidence or invoices, gave the strong impression that it was an attempt to gain extra income from the booking rather than cover genuine damage. We disputed the deduction with our bank. After reviewing the case, the bank returned the full deposit and ruled in our favour. There was visible mould on the tiles in the bathrooms! Unfortunately we cannot recommend this property
