    The room was big. There was a lift in the hotel. The staff at the front desk was nice and communicative.

    The real downside was lack of the coffee/tea set in the room. The breakfast was served on the plate. The staff at the breakfast room was not able to communicate in English even with the most basic words such as room, tea etc. We were given the room overlooking a super noisy street making it impossible to get a proper sleep. Fortunately, we stayed only one night.

    Un sejur dezamăgitor, din cauza prosoapelor și lenjeriei foarte uzate și a facilităților insuficiente din cameră

    Cei de la recepție au fost mereu foarte amabili. Locatia foarte buna.

    Lipsa unui fierbător de apă în cameră a fost destul de incomodă, deoarece trebuia să cobor de fiecare dată la recepție pentru a cumpăra cafea de la aparat. Lenjeria de pat și prosoapele erau foarte uzate și arătau neîngrijit. Unul dintre prosoape avea pete, lucru pe care i l-am arătat și doamnei de la curățenie, solicitând un prosop curat. De asemenea, un prosop mic avea o gaură, iar un altul era atât de uzat încât își pierduse albul și devenise gri. Produsele de igienă oferite în cameră, respectiv pliculețele mici de gel de duș și șampon, erau foarte greu de deschis, motiv pentru care am fost nevoită să merg la magazinul de vizavi pentru a-mi cumpăra propriile produse. Consider că aceste aspecte ar trebui îmbunătățite, în special starea lenjeriei și a prosoapelor, precum și calitatea facilităților oferite în cameră.
