    Spacious apartment near restaraunts, grocery and coffee shops with EZ access to all traffic routes.

    Group of three adults and three kids had a flawless stay. Safe, well lit parking in front of apartment -so convenient for loading and unloading! It is paid meter parking. Free after 6 pm. You have to move off the street from 7am-9am. Easy to get everywhere from apartment. Bus stop right outside the door. One step to get into the rental. Large living, dining and kitchen area. 5 comfy queen beds so lots of sleeping space. Kitchen is well stocked with dish soap, ground coffee, creamer and laundry detergent. Plenty of garbage bags, toilet paper, soap and shampoo. I didn't cook so I can't comment on cookware, but lots of dishes. Apartment was very clean. Minimal noise from upstairs apartment. Good pizza right next door and a gas station right across the street. The directions for check in were very precise and answered all of my questions. Messages answered immediately.

    The beds are steel frame so they do squeak. The front bedroom with 2 queen beds needs new blinds and is very loud with street noise due to pizza place right next door (open until 3 am,) The other bedroom is super quiet. No kitchen towels but there was a new roll of paper towel. There wasn't any throw pillows on couch. We had a leak in the utility closet but rental agency was made aware of it.

    Superb

    Cleanliness, space, location

    The cleaning crew went over the allotted time so we had to wait about 10 minutes to go inside. He was very nice and the space was very clean

    Wonderful location, very clean, and great response time from the owner.

    This place was very clean. Exactly as listed. Close to all the places we wanted to go. Everything we needed was provided. We will definitely be using this property if available on our next trip!

    The only thing I would suggest is maybe putting up curtains in the front bedroom to block out the light from the street light. Definitely not something negative, just a suggestion!
