    Sehr Gute Lage und hochwertige Ausstattung.

    Sehr gute Lage, ca. 5 Minuten zu Fuß zum Strand. Die Wohnung ist sehr geschmackvoll, hochwertig und modern eingerichtet. Smart TV jeweils im Wohnzimmer und im Schlafzimmer mit sehr gutem Internetzugang. Fahrstuhl direkt von der Tiefgargare zur Wohnung.

    Leider war es nicht perfekt sauber, Staub und Haare der Vormieter waren noch vorhanden. Auch gab es auf den Teppichen noch Hundehaare, sicher ist es für alle Hundehalter ein Vorteil das die ihren Hund mitbringen können. Wenn eine Wohnung aber auch mit Langflor-Teppichen ausgestattet ist, sollte jedoch sehr gründlich gereinigt werden. Wir waren Mitte Oktober da, in der Wohnung waren ca. 19 Grad, für uns noch akzeptabel. Die Heizung im Kinderzimmer und Bad lies sich auch aktivieren, die Zentralheizung für Wohnzimmer und Schlafzimmer war jedoch noch komplett abgeschaltet. Alles in allem für uns noch Kleinigkeiten, die wir auch schon viel schlimmer erlebt haben. Aber es geht halt trotzdem auch besser.
