Que tuviera dos baños, el espacio del living y vista.
Demasiado bullicioso para ser un piso 14, las bocinas y sirenas de ambulancias, perturbantes!!

Laut und Schimmelgeruch, ansonsten okay
Ausstattung in der Wohnung wie angegeben, schön eingerichtet, gute Größe
Wir sind wirklich nicht empfindlich was Lärm angeht aber hier war es als würde man auf der Straße stehen. Selbst bei geschlossenen Türen und Fenstern ist der Verkehr extrem laut zu hören, auch in der Nacht, weswegen wir sehr schlecht schlafen konnten. Zudem hat es im Bad sehr stark nach Schimmel gerochen! Uns wurde netterweise eine andere Wohnung angeboten, der Schimmel im Bad wurde uns jedoch nicht geglaubt, schade.

The property was as per the photos, a newer apartment and was clean. The bathroom was nice and access to Netflix was a bonus. The building also provided luggage storage which was appreciated.
The location was not great, on a very busy and noisy road. The neighbour was also noisy, blasting music at midnight. There were only 2 pillows which were both terrible and we had requested the use of the sofa bed so would have expected extra pillows. The sofa bed was extremely uncomfortable.

Departamento cómodo
En general es un departamento bien equipado y bien distribuido y cómodo en su interior, además estaba cerca de lugares turísticos en Barranco y Miraflores a los que se podía acceder de forma relativamente rápida. Los anfitriones estuvieron atentos a requerimientos y respondieron rápido.
El ruido exterior. No sólo por el tema del trafico de autos, sino también porque al frente de la calle hay dos centros de eventos que tienen música extremadamente fuerte los días de fin de semana y feriados, hasta altas horas de la madrugada. Sé que eso no depende mayormente de los anfitriones pero realmente se hizo muy difícil conciliar el sueño y descansar por las noches (salvo la última porque no hubo eventos). Por su parte al ingreso del edificio es difícil pasar caminando, porque no está diferenciada la vereda de la calle.
