A decent stay the the flat really needs a refresher / refurbishing. Really average value for money for USD2,000 a mo
The flat has a good size, functional, well exposed with sun in the morning but not in the afternoon and the property is pleasant. Nice balcony with a hammock.
The equipment is subpar - in particular the kitchen from the microwave oven to the washing machine and the cook top - the latter barely working, furnitures have clear signs of wear and tear, several bulbs not working, a few door buttons missing, etc.
