    A good clean and big flat at a good location for a good price.

    Very clean and well kept as well as a great location.

    The check-out time wasn’t great and a bit too early than the normal standards.

    Modernes Appartement in Strandnähe

    Modernes Appartement, sehr gut ausgestattet und sauber. Stellplatz für das Auto direkt vor der Tür. Schwimmbad relativ ruhig und ohne Öffnungszeiten, man kann sich also auch abends um 22.00 noch erfrischen. Kommunikation mit Agentur schnell und problemlos. Für 4 Personen ist die Terrasse gerade so ausreichend. Das zweite Schlafzimmer ist für 2 Personen etwas eng, fensterlos und nur mit durchsichtiger Schiebetür zu verschließen. Für 3 Gäste ist die Wohnung perfekt. Zum Strand sind es maximal 10 Minuten zu Fuss, einige Restaurants fußläufig gut zu erreichen. Promenade von Quarteira und der Yachthafen von Vilamoura ebenfalls in 15-20min zu Fuss. Sandstrand ist auch in der Hauptsaison nicht überlaufen.

    Nur ein Haustürschlüssel. Check-out morgens um 9.00 etwas früh. Das Appartement an sich ist empfehlenswert, leider sind derzeit mehrere Bauarbeiten vor und hinter dem Haus. Neue Wohnblocks werden hochgezogen, wodurch man morgens bis maximal 8.00h schlafen kann, ab dann lärmen Bagger, Lastwagen, Hämmern, Sägen und laute Rufe der Bauarbeiter vor dem Schlafzimmerfenster. Auf der anderen Seite des Appartements ist es (noch) etwas ruhiger, aber das Frühstück oder Lesen auf der Terrasse wird durch die Bauarbeiten auf dieser Seite auch etwas gestört. Wie gesagt, das Appartement an sich ist top, für Langschläfer nicht ganz so geeignet. Der Vermieter hat im Vorfeld nicht darauf hingewiesen und auf unsere Nachfrage nur gesagt, dass die Arbeiten zu gesetzlich zugelassenen Zeiten stattfinden. Ich vermute, dass es in 1 bis 2 Jahren ruhiger wird.
