Bonito e bem localizado
Apartamento muito bem localizado, limpo e organizado. Possui tudo que você precisa para uma hospedagem a trabalho. São três quartos todos com ar condicionado e camas de casal.
A manutenção dos ar condicionados não está das melhores. O controle do ar condicionado da sala não está funcionando e tinha bastante poeira no filtro. Tivemos que ligar o ar de forma manual pois o controle da sala não estava funcionando. A manutenção do prédio também não está das melhores.

Perfect for 6 people visiting São Paulo
Location, beautiful view; Rooms were small but with good storage space; Beds were comfortable; 24hs reception; Near the train (Berrini Station). Well located, not far from Ibirapuera, Jardins, Paulista.
The corridors need maintenance, walls looked dirty; A/C were old and hard to control the fans using the remote control; Traffic nearby is heavy near rush hour.

The duplex is beautiful, exactly as the same in the pictures, very spacious and we were a group of 7 people and never felt too crowded, the appliances all working and the shower pressure is a plus, there is a very nice indoor pool, the check in was easy and doorman always helpful.
The only thing to complain it is due to a malfunction to the elevator and it stopped in the 9th floor. it took around 20min to reboot its systems and to rescue my friends, besides that everything went fine!
