  bom, funcional, bem localizado

  a localização é excelente, muito perto da praia e não muito longe de outros serviços, como mercado e restaurantes. o espaço é funcional e bem equipado com o que é mais importante para passar uns dias com conforto - itens de cozinha, espaço pra trabalho, internet boa, TV boa, áreas externas privativas, guarda-sol, cadeiras de praia, chuveiro bom, armário espaçoso para pendurar roupas... o ar condicionado é bem bom (e bem necessário também!). mesmo sendo no quarto, se você fecha tudo, ele refresca todos os ambientes. a comunicação com a Roberta foi ótima!

  o colchão é muito ruim, excessivamente mole, isso impactou um tanto nosso conforto na estadia. mas o ponto mais importante é que, por ser um apartamento térreo, e pela configuração dele, não tem ventilação cruzada, então ele fica bem quente. estive lá em dias de temperatura não muito alta (entre 22 e 28 graus) e dentro de casa ficava bem calor, inclusive à noite. eu e meu marido usamos o ar condicionado o tempo todo. só que como ele fica no quarto, ficamos pensando que, se tiver hóspedes dormindo na sala, não dá pra fechar a porta do quarto, do contrário as pessoas que estiverem na sala vão morrer de calor (e não tem nem ventilador nessa parte). ou seja, mesmo que tenha sofá-cama na sala e seja possível comportar 4, diria que o ideal é ir só em 2 pessoas como nós fizemos (ou então abrir mão da privacidade do quarto pra não deixar os amiguinhos suando do lado de fora kkk). ah, como é um local com cozinha boa e isso é um atrativo pra hóspedes, seria legal deixar sal, azeite, papel toalha, enfim, esses itens básicos de cozinha disponíveis, pq são coisas chatas de comprar pra pouco uso. ah, também seria de bom tom ter filtro de água, pq chegar de uma viagem e ter que sair pra comprar água é bem ruim.

  Feels like being in a busy city of Sao Paolo not by the beach

  Walk to beach, separate bedroom and living room

  There is nothing wrong with the apartment physically, everything works, and is clean, it’s very well located and near one of my favorite beaches. The host is super sweet and great, I am They make it nearly impossible to relax or sleep there. I stayed here for 3 weeks, and usually started my day with 5am EDM music from the next door neighbors. I love electronic dance music but it sounds like they are making music and absolutely terrible at it, or on drugs everyday. It’s the same loop over and over everyday for a week usually, not even the same song, the same “dunce dunce” and again I LOVE the electronic music in brasil and lived here for over a year - it is not just annoying it is unlike anything I have experienced in Floripa and I’ve enjoyed every club on the island many times. I also stay in the neighborhood all the time, and never have experienced this, it’s just this building and the one next to it. The kids laugh and honk this super loud horn that’s like what an ice cream truck has, what parent would allow their kid to have that on their bike?they have on their bikes constantly do it. I asked nicely, firmly, everything, it’s a joke to them they just keep doing it more if you say anything at all. This place felt like living in a big city like Sao Paolo, Los Angeles, New York City, with so many noises. the opposite of what most beach neighborhoods in Floripa are. The other neighbors’ dog literally lives on their patio, never inside, and it barks for 15-20 minutes if a pin drops so basically once an hour, always fun at night when you are sleeping. I think they need to get some better soundproofing here if they going to charge this much because the door and window is so old that doesn’t help the situation it’s is the same volume whether all the doors and window are open or closed. I never write reviews this was just such financially overpriced due to all the unpleasant noises 24/7 I found myself never wanting to be there even when i was tired from a long day.
