    Thank you so much Sandra for your warm hospitality, we thoroughly enjoyed our chats and your hotel.

    Sandra the owner was so accommodating in allowing early access. The room was very large, very comfortable beds (family room) En-suite , fantastic area for a very, short stroll either to the lake or up the high street. Numerous cafes and restaurants and clothes shops which we took full advantage of for brunch each day and our evening meal. The hotel was set back off the road in a very quiet area and was so convienent that less than 10 mins stroll away was a new fish n chip restaurant. Sandra was an excellent host, giving us ideas where to go, restaurants and trips out. She even put up banners for my birthday and our wedding anniversary in the bedroom. Such a lovely lady!

    Did not want to come home. Despite the poor weather(rain) forecast for mid October , we still managed to get out in between showers to eat and shop because the hotel was ideally situated.

    Brilliant place to stay with exceptional hosts

    Bed very comfy. Room spotlessly clean and welcoming tray of milk biscuits coffee and tea. Great to have a fridge in the room as well. Easy walk to lake with lovely places to eat.

    The host was very friendly and helpful on arrival, we were able to check in early and he gave us recommendations for walks/ restaurants. Its extremely well located, less than 5 minutes walk to Bowness pier, town centre with lots of food options. The room was very clean, and had everything you'd need for a few nights stay.
