Incredibly helpful and responsive hosts! I definitely threw them various questions before, and during the stay and they were super hospitable and helpful. The estate itself was everything our group looked forward to, with it including 3 onsens. Our entire family comfortably enjoyed the stay here. Getting to this location was also convenient, but definitely more out of the way compared to Gora if you plan to do the Hakone loop, etc. It was a nice break from hotels for our family.
