    +omanäoline ajalooga maja ja stiilne sisustus, palju huvitavaid detaile +köögis olemas nõud, vajalik tehnika, et süüa teha, nõudepesumasin +rätikud olemas +rand lähedal +pinksilaud ja lauamängud olemas +grill õues ja pleedid, mida õhtul peale võtta +üsna suur hoov, kus õues olla, jõgi samal krundil +lemmiloomad lubatud +hea hind

    -Uriini lõhn all suurel diivanil/vaibal ja kollase tapeediga toas (kohtades, kus vaibad) -Alumises duššikabiinis ei läinud vesi korralikult alla, lisaks duššikabiinid nii väikesed, et suurtel meestel oli end seal väga raske pesta, ülemine dušsikabiin kõigub, kui sees olla -Leiliruumis endas ei ole valgustust, käisime pimedas taskulambiga saunas (saunas ei ole temperatuurinäidikut, korraliku leiliämbrit ja kulpi, aga oleks tore, kui oleks, kui saun eraldi maksab 50€) -Köögis võiks olla rohkem kui üks köögirätik. Suure seltskonnaga ja mitu päeva olles on see üks kiiresti läbimärg ja teiseks päevaks on asi juba ebahügieeniline -Väike külmkapp. Maja on mõeldud suurele seltskonnale ja väga raske oli 6 inimese mitme päeva toitu väiksesse külmkappi ära mahutada -All elutoas veidi pime ja rõske
