    Location, comfort, cleanliness, early check-in, fast response, well equipped and furnished.

    Smoke detectors are too sensitive even while operating the fan.

    Fantastic!

    A wonderful apartment. Well laid out, all the appliances you could possibly need, including a washing machine. Secure entry. Comfortable and very clean and well maintained. Also good, was having a secure space to leave your luggage on day of check in or check out. Fantastic location, right next to the Royal Mile. Would definitely come back here.

    The place was amazing with great location! They let me check in earlier and did provide storage for luggage. The place was very comfy and provided everything needed. As a note, the washer and dryer is a single unit, which means clothes take a long time to dry.

    It was a bit hot even when the outside temp was comfortable, but opening the windows helped. Nothing major.

    mezzanine bed is comfortable, but not much space around the bed for access.
