    Dirty and noisy!

    Location was ok, however if I knew Turin a bit better I would choose something a bit closer to the historic center. This flat was still 25 min walk.

    The property was absolutely dirty. Floors were not washed, everything was dusty. I am not here to destroy someone’s business but if you host people you should at least make sure basic hygiene rules are followed. Moreover the studio is located on the ground floor of the building together with garages, so if someone arrives early to open the garage the sound is very loud. There was also a party on top on the day of arrival, it was very noisy. I am not sure why people left so positive feedback before, but if you have some basic sense if what is clean, this property was definitely not it. All plates and forks were dirty as well, but we did not use the kitchen. I wouldn’t dare actually considering the whole state of the flat.

    Sauberes, zentrales Appartement mit allem was man braucht!

    Die Unterkunft ist super zentral gelegen und gerade für einen kurzen Städtetrip perfekt! Man kann fußläufig den Park und die Innenstadt erreichen und auch im Viertel direkt gibt es tolle Restaurants und Cafés! Das Studio ist geräumig und hat alles was man braucht. Trotz dass es sich im Erdgeschoss befindet fühlt man sich sehr wohl und ruhig. Die Kommunikation zum Besitzer läuft reibungslos via Chat oder Telefon, und selbst als aufgrund von Bauarbeiten der Parkplatz für einige Zeit besetzt war, hat er uns mehr als zuvorkommend geholfen und eine Alternative angeboten. Die Unterkunft können wir auf jeden Fall empfehlen!
