Great stay
Location is fantastic, close to major sites and train station. We were able to walk to many places from there. Lots of shops and restaurants nearby. Staff were great and helpful. They also have laundry service where you can give them a bag full of clothes and it will be washed, folded and left in the room for you. Though somewhat expensive at 25 euro for laundry, it’s still better than being charge for each piece individually. The only thing I wish was that they provided a bag so I knew how much I could give. I used my own bag and wasn’t sure if I could have given more clothes.
Be aware if you get the family suite, it’s in a different building with no elevator. We carried our luggage up 4 flights of stairs. We were able to do it but if you have mobility issues be aware. The suite also has certain areas that are lower and my 6 foot tall husband nearly hit his head multiple times and would have if I didn’t remind him to duck. The loft area is also low and my kids hit their head on ceiling multiple times. The stairs getting up to the loft are steep and had to be used backwards otherwise you run the risk of falling down. They have dishes that can be used but you have to clean and put back all things used yourself. My concern was if the last guest actually washed what they used or just put it away, so I washed everything we used prior to using it. The bathroom has a skylight window that opens but there were windows that look directly into bathroom. Unsure if people are actually able to use the window in building across the way.

Great location but too many stairs!
Great location, helpful staff, clean rooms.
5 flights of stairs with no lift. Very difficult with suitcases. Breakfast was basic.
