Exceptional
The entire experience, especially the service from the staff who were some of the most professional, attentive and polite staff we have ever encountered during a stay!

Lovely scenery, well managed wildlife reserve.
Breakfast and dinner was lovely.
The very small room with a bad matrass and mosquito net that made we struggle to get in and out of the bed

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will return given the opportunity.
The breakfast choices were very good, while all the meals served were delicious.
The weather was appalling. Perhaps a second heater for the bedroom under such severe conditions? More lighting for the pathway from the main centre to the rooms at night.
