Well enough equipped large 2 bed apartment with a nice but grubby balcony. Its on the second floor, but there is a lift if you need it. A bit dated but functional with an over bath shower. We didn't meet the host but good instructions arrived via WhatsApp. Nice easy 15 minute stroll into Larnaca centre along the seafront. 425 bus from the airport stops outside.
Dismal water pressure so the shower was more of a trickle. Solar hot water wasn't working so we had to work out how to get it. Info about the "Boost switch" would help. None of the curtains fit properly so making the bedrooms dark wasn't going to happen. Known issues with the toilet flush. All minor niggles that could easily be sorted. The apartment building is on quite a busy main road and whilst the apartment is on the side of the building, early morning traffic noise was intrusive if you have the windows open.
