Very overpriced
Fantastische locatie in mooie wijk, comfortabele bedden, heerlijk ontbijt, airconditioning, met het raam dicht was het lekker stil in de kamer.
Ontzettend duur, slechte prijs-kwaliteit verhouding! Voor deze prijs had ik meer verwacht. Loshangend behang en beschimmelde randjes in de badkamer, geen haakje voor je handdoek, stopcontacten die wisselend wel/niet werkten.

La propreté de la chambre et les dimensions du lit
Personnel pas du tout avenant à la réception, certains avaient de la peine à dire bonjour, à notre demande pour un plan des bus (qu’ils n’avaient pas), aucune autre explication qui aurait pu nous aider pour visiter la ville. La fenêtre ne fermait pas bien et de ce fait, au vu du bruit de la place (qui est conséquent), difficile de dormir, sans compter que la climatisation ne fonctionnait pas non plus. Je dois préciser que ces problèmes ont été résolus le lendemain, lorsque nous les avons signalés. Apparemment, selon la réponse du réceptionniste, le problème de la fenêtre était connu, pourquoi ne pas le régler avant… Tapisserie décollée au dessus du lit… Le petit-déjeuner est correct, mais loin d’être exceptionnel comme indiqué sur certains avis. Bref… pour toutes ces raisons, on est pas dans un 4*.

Lekkage van water door de lampen van de badkamer heen en airco kapot. Eerste nacht voldeed daarom niet aan de verwachtingen voor een kamer van bijna €300 per nacht. Volgende dag nieuwe kamer gekregen, die was ok, maar prijs overrated voor wat je kreeg. Meermaals gevraagd of ik refund kan krijgen voor eerste nacht maar tot op heden niets van de manager gehoord. Valt me tegen voor zo’n duur hotel.
