    Great location and the apartment is beautiful with a nice small balcony. Comfortable bed, good shower pressure and hot water. Room was a great size. A good amount of amenities too. Staff communication was prompt. I was prepared for the hill where it is located and the stairs and had a travel backpack instead of a suitcase so was fine.

    Initially there was an auto response for communication which caused some confusion but this was sorted. Some noise travels through the corridor and you can hear floorboards creak above if people walk. However this is common for Lisbon and the noise cancellation is relatively good. I couldn't hear the people in other apartments.

    Great stay and would recommend

    Very clean and really convenient location.

    Noisy on the weekend into the early hours due to the bars, but that’s to be expected in this area.

    Clean, great location, and Silent Aircon.

    Authentic Portuguese apartment. Great location. Easy with the keys . We didn’t need to bring the house keys. Right outside Tram 28

    We need more laundry pegs to hang clothes outside. Luckily we brought our own laundry pods to wash a small load.

    Bellissimo alloggio con scala infernale

    Ottima posizione centrale, ideale per visitare la città a piedi. Appartamento spazioso, pulito e ben curato in ogni dettaglio.

    Purtroppo siamo capitati all'appartamento n. 4, la scomodità più assoluta sono le scale. Niente ascensore e scale veramente strette e ripide. Portare su e giù le valigie è stata un'impresa molto ma molto faticosa. Nel momento in cui apri la porta di ingresso al piano terra non c'è spazio per appoggiare i bagagli e riuscire a chiudere contemporaneamente la porta, quindi bisogna iniziare subito a salire la scala infernale. Quindi cari viaggiatori se pensate di arrivare con bagagli ingombranti o se avete problemi motori chiedete subito se ha disponibilità nell'alloggio più basso, ovvero il 2, altrimenti cambiate.

    Lots of steps, and narrow. Tv a bit small.
