Ideal location in Lisbon
Hard to imagine a better location. Tram 28 stops right at the building - takes you to the main sights. The downtown area is a walkable distance. Grocery stores were also walkable. Having included garage parking is a huge plus as parking otherwise can be problematic. The apartment is large. Had everything we needed. Beds were comfortable.
There was initially only lukewarm water. Realized that the temperature set point had been set too low. Once that was adjusted, there was plenty of hot water.

El departamento es maravilloso, dentro de un edificio antiguo remodelado. Es súper cómodo con un baño para cada habitación y todas las comodidades. Impecable y con mucho confort. Tiene cochera propia de muy fácil acceso. Está muy bien ubicado cerca de bares y restaurantes. En el frente tiene una parada de tranvía que es muy útil para trasladarse porque las subidas y bajadas de Lisboa son bellas pero agotadoras. Nos dejaron recomendaciones de restaurantes, y de tours con descuentos. Todo de 10. Volvería sin dudas.

A nice sanctuary in a busy city.
Walking into the courtyard from the busy street was like stepping into a different world. The street was bustling, and the courtyard was instantly calm, clean, and welcoming. The villa was very clean and well-equipped with everything you could need (kitchen, laundry, 2 bedroom, 2 full baths, living/dining room). Markets for basic supplies like water, light food, fruit, etc. was conveniently close by. The location was very convenient for walking to various parts of the city. We had a problem with our key and the host was very responsive and met us there within 15 minutes to fix it.
It would have been nice to have a balcony to sit on. There were plenty of windows in the villa, but it felt a little closed in. On the other hand, we were hardly there so it was fine for what we needed.

Exceptional location
The apartment had a perfect layout and was very clean. Wi-Fi was easy, the dining table and area was a huge plus. The courtyard was lovely. The host/manager gave us excellent recommendations for local dining especially Zapata which was outstanding. Would highly recommend this property.
Lack of paper and cloth kitchen towels.
