The location is excellent and the apartment is spacious — exactly as described in the listing, with no surprises. A short walk to Alameda metro made getting around the city straightforward.
The bathroom has no window, so the extractor fan is the only ventilation. Ours wasn't working properly and made a very loud noise, which meant the room didn't air out and the smell built up over the week. There's no air conditioning. In August that leaves you choosing between opening the windows and being kept awake by street noise, or closing them and sleeping in the heat. A fan doesn't bridge the gap. Also worth knowing: it's on the third floor with no lift, and the stairs are steep. Fine if you're mobile and travelling light, harder otherwise.

Nice property, however, the property could benefit from air conditioning or additional fans.
Communication was via email and text. Location was good, close to amenities and port of Lisbon Washing machine available for use in the apartment Overall happy with the price we paid for the apartment, would recommend it to others
No air conditioning or fans; it was too hot to sleep at night, one fan provided but the plug was broken so we were unable to use it. Visitors with mobility issues would struggle with the amount of stairs to reach the apartment Pillows were stained and needed replacing.

L'appartement impeccable les 5 lits sont présents, 3 lits 1 personnes ( le 3eme lit se trouve sous le lit une place en mode tiroir, très pratique) et un lits 2 places. Il y a une machines a laver et tous se qu'il faut dans la cuisine. Proche de tous commodités et du métro.
Rien de spécial tous été bien
