    Замечательный, уютный, огромный дом со всем необходимым. До ближайшего пляжа пешком 10 мин. Магазины, кафешки рядом.

    Шум по вечерам от кафе и бильярдной, но к 23.00 было уже тихо!

    Excellent

    Nice property and good size for our family of 6, helpful host too. Highly recommend like coffee in main road, cheap and tasty options for kids. We also nice staying in more residential area but we did need to walk into town a bit which takes 30min. Provided scooter was helpful

    The only downside was noise from bar next door, this didn’t keep us awake but good to note.

    Beautiful Vietnamese Apartment in Cat Ba

    Very nice people. They let us check in early and showed us the house from top to bottom. The apartment was a very large space, good for families. A washing machine on the third floor and two bathrooms made it very convenient. There is a darling tiny Daschund who lives next door who came and visited us every day. We had a scooter and a bicycle at our disposal, which made going to the old town very quick. The apartment is in a local area with lots of food options. There is a nice little bar called “Trang Draft Beer” that is run by a local woman right next door. Don’t be scared about how it looks. The proprietor speaks great English and offered up stories and local dishes for us tourists not familiar with real Vietnamese food. The beer is cold, food delicious, and the prices cheap. We ate here twice during our trip for under $8 USD for our family of three with three beers each. On the other hand, you can walk 1-2 km into the tourist part of town by the water and pay much higher prices.

    Overall lovely place

    Great sound system and karaoke machine. Clean and bright

    Needed mugs for coffee. Back of futon couch didn’t stay up
