The location is fine, and the apartment was reasonably clean
Disappointing — much smaller than the photos suggest The Manhattan apartment was a real letdown. It is far smaller than it looks in the photos — two people can barely move around in it. The window faces the elevator shaft, so you hear the elevator running loudly late at night and early in the morning, which made sleeping difficult for our whole stay. The location is fine and the apartment was reasonably clean — that is the only positive I can give. But for the size and the noise, I would not stay in this apartment again and can't recommend it.

Quiet place with no noise around
To small. No space to put the suitcase neither a washbasin at the "kitchen". It is a room with a bathroom not an apartement.

I really enjoyed my stay! The apartment was comfortable, well-equipped, and had everything I needed. Self check-in was easy, and the location was great, with convenient transport links to get around the city., I really liked the apartment and would happily recommend it!
The only thing that felt a little unusual was the shower being directly opposite the bed with no door or curtain. This might be fine for couples, but could feel a bit uncomfortable when travelling with family or friends.
