  Nice view from the garden and comfortable sofa. Kitchen was also decent.

  The bed was very uncomfortable and clearly an old mattress as it made both me and my husband very achy to sleep on. The bedroom itself needs a revamp as it’s looking old and run down. The bathroom was serviceable but had marks in the toilet when we arrived. Also the outdoor seating and general state of the garden/patio area was well past its best.

  Basicness of property did not spoil our time in Lyme Regis

  Well positioned. Nice decking with sea view. Ideal as a base for couples visiting Lyme Regis.

  Property looks a bit tired and in need of a refresh. Large patch of damp in main bedroom painted over. Bed next to front door so very noisy due to passers by walking very close and also the pub next door. We couldn’t find any matches/lighter for gas hob. No Parking and the parking in Hill St expensive (£38 per day) - we feel this should be highlighted in property description as it constitutes a significant cost uplift to staying there.

  Lovely little apartment. Stayed for 3 days in a heatwave so loved that we could open up the bifold doors and dine al fresco on the decking. As 2 friends, one of us had the bedroom, the other took the sofabed which was comfy and easy to assemble! Location great for walking down to the town. No parking included but free on street spaces usually available further up the hill on Silver Street or Hill Rise Road or car parks within 5/7 mins walk. Welcome pack with tea/coffee/milk/biscuits and wash up stuff a great idea.

  Nothing. Could be a few more kitchen items if wanting to do lots of self catering.

  Lovely apartment

  This is a comfortable and well furnished apartment. The welcome pack was very generous with nice ground coffee and tea. The outside space is great for sitting out with a big table and sunshade and comfortable chairs.

  Soundproofing between this and the upstairs apartment could be better. It is quite a trek up the hill from the beach but we learned to pace ourselves.
