Excellent location and great value and exceptional host.
The property was very clean, well maintained and equipped with everything you needed.

Okay for a beach visit with less comfort.
Near Mamaia beach, bus stops, and supermarkets.
Showering was unintentional with hot and cold water swapped and an annoying curtain in a very small shower. The water tap in the bathroom was loose. Light (in kitchen and bedroom) was flickering when other devices were using electricity, e.g. the water tap for hot water in the kitchen. The balcony is not usable for sitting outside, only to dry clothes. The Neighborhood was dirty, neighbors were a little loud in the night, someone randomly rang the door bell several times at 4:00 am.
