    Clean, calm hostel with amazing staff

    First and foremost, it is the staff that make this place great. Kang and Snow in particular genuinely made this place somewhere that I've recommended to friends and have come back for myself. On top of this the location is great, but the hostel is chill. So you can enjoy the vibes of Hanoi while coming back to a calm base. And it is clean, with very comfortable beds.

    Clean rooms and facilities.

    The lobby was incredibly crowded when I went to check it. But I suspect it’s just bad timing, as when I returned there was no wait. No elevator

    Everything was good

    The one negative was they don't have an eat in area where one could order food via grab and have it there.
