    This kind of scammers should be banned from websites

    Unfortunately nothing

    Extremely disappointing experience. We booked this apartment based on the photos shown on the listing, which made the property look clean, modern, and well-maintained. Unfortunately, the reality was completely different. When we arrived around 10:30 PM, the surrounding area felt unsafe and uncomfortable. The apartment itself was in a shocking condition. There was a strong unpleasant smell throughout the unit, dust everywhere, and the toilet was visibly dirty. The overall cleanliness was unacceptable and nothing like what was advertised. We immediately contacted the owner to report the issues, but received no response that night. Since the apartment was not in a condition we could stay in, we had no choice but to leave and book another hotel the same night. The following morning, the owner replied and informed us that a refund would be provided if we checked out before 11:00 AM. We returned to the apartment, removed all our luggage, and left the key exactly where instructed before the stated deadline. Since then, we have repeatedly tried to contact the owner regarding the promised refund. Our calls and messages have gone unanswered, and no refund has been received. The property we arrived at did not match the expectations created by the listing photos, and the lack of communication regarding the refund has made the experience even worse. I would strongly advise future guests to think carefully before booking this apartment.

    Untuk small family stay and rest

    Location dekat dengan food stalls and aeon mall. Dedicated parking and very quiet residential. Best duduk sini. Highly recommended untuk small family. Cuma jangan bising sangat tau.
