    Bardzo ładne i przede wszystkim czyste mieszkanie. Dużo miejsca, klimatyzacja działa bez zarzutu. Bardzo duży plus za podwójne rolety które totalnie blokowały światło i przez co wygodnie się spało i mieszkanie nie nagrzewało się w ciągu dnia. Naprzeciwko bloku małe sklepy, Lidl 1 stacja metra/15 min na piechotę. Stacje metra m1 i m2 w odległości 400-500m. Kontakt z gospodarzem też bardzo dobry. Naprawdę polecam.

    Jedyny minus to okolica. Zamieszkana typowo przez imigrantów, zwłaszcza wieczorami mijaliśmy dużo mężczyzn siedzących na ulicach. Widać też zalegające śmieci, czasami uciążliwy zapach. Jest to jednak aspekt niezależny od gospodarza, stąd nadal pozostawiam 5 gwiazdek za pobyt.
