    The apartment was ideally located in the heart of Penrith. It was clean, comfortable, and well maintained.

    The noise at night was quite significant, with traffic and people walking along the street, particularly those who had been drinking, clearly audible from inside the property. I appreciate that external noise is beyond the host’s control and this is in no way a reflection of their hospitality. However, upgrading the windows to improve sound insulation could make a real difference to guests’ comfort and quality of sleep.

    The location was perfect and the flat itself had everything we needed and was clean
