    Lovely good value character property

    The property is a little haven!! Small but has everything we needed. Very helpful communication.

    Everything good. Parking in Topsham is restricted but the advice on the property details is fully aligned with this.

    The cottage was cosy and well equipped with everything you would need for a few days. The owners kept in touch throughout and check in was easy. The bed was comfy and even though we were next to a main road you could hardly notice any noise due to good double glazing. Would be happy to stay here again.

    The only thing was the Bathroom with the big deep bath would be an issue with mobility.

    Ein sehr schönes kleines, gut restrauriertes Häuschen mit sehr viel Platz für zwei Personen. Gute Qualität der Küchenausstattung. Es war alles da was man brauchte. Gute Lage zur Ortsmitte und zum Wasser. Ebenso zum Bahnhof. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Vielen Dank. Susanne und Russell, München

    Lovely little terraced house

    Location, walking distance to restaurants and shops. Small outdoor area to sit in. Able to open all windows for fresh air.

    Shower / bath was difficult to get in and out of

    Convenient place to stay in lovely Topsham

    The cottage is in a good location for shops, cafes, restaurants, etc. Topsham is a delightful place with lots of beautiful buildings, an interesting history and short walks along the quay and estuary. There are plenty of great places to explore in the wider area.

    The bedding and towels could do with being replaced and the cottage would benefit from a refresh decoration-wise.
