    Fantastic weekend away for a celebration

    Sparkling clean, all bedrooms and bathrooms were nicely decorated and the space was perfect for the celebration! Love the main dining table and the outbuilding / dining area. The communication with the team was fantastic, quick responses.

    The property is on a busy main road and the road noise is very clear - just to bear in mind if you want to use outside space

    Great weekend and great place to stay . Our 2nd time here and we will return

    It’s a great location, a short walk into town and the Waterloo Arms is on,y 5 min walk. We were a group of 5 couples staying for weekend bike riding around the new Forest . You can directly access the Forest from the house without having to go on any busy roads and there is a safe bike store/ shed. All the rooms have great en suite facilities and all rooms are double and are all are as good as each other . The common area space is ample with great kitchen / diner and adjacent sitting room with a great fire pit out side

    The only downside is that it is on the main road and can be a tad noisy first thing although house is double glazed , but benefits outweigh this
