    Spacious apartment in prime location

Good communication. Grateful for allowing us earlier access so we can leave our luggage. Well positioned. Spacious. Bed and pillows very comfortable. Two bathrooms but one with shower. Had a lift (it was slow to call but we didn’t mind walking the stairs).

The kettle didn’t work so we had to boil water in pans. The host is aware and was to replace it but that didn’t happen while we were there.

Place is ok but can be improved in terms of providing shower soap, toilet paper and towels !

    Location

Outside noise in the bedroom , windows needs to be doubled ! O had to sleep on the sofa to avoid the noise. Sofa was ver uncommon!

Great week at prime location in the heart of Palermo

The flat is absolutely gorgeous with all necessary amenities and more. Really well designed, very clean and prime location.

Because of its location, it can be noisy at night from the street music and atmosphere. We found very hard to dispose of the rubbish with no clear location for the bins.
