    Lots of space in rooms which were lovely and clean, the kitchen was well equipped, lovely countryside views.

    There was a slight heating problem due to batteries in thermostat so nothing major.

    Base for weekend in York/Harrogate. Brilliant find.

    Great find. Spacious, lovely kitchen, comfy bed, brill big bath, quiet location but close to where we needed to be. Great secure parking. Planning next visit already.

    Velux in bedroom could do with a blind, bit bright in the mornings, but being really picky now.

    Lot uit de loterij bij Pocklington

    Met zorg ingericht vakantiehuis. Bij aankomst was het huis lekker warm. De gastvrouw en gastheer zijn buitengewoon vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Men denkt mee en reageert snel. Zeer veel informatie over de omgeving en het huis. Pocklington is een provinciestadje met verrassende winkels en restaurants. We hebben helaas geen tijd gehad voor uitgebreide wandelingen, maar de getoonde foto's nodigen uit om een lange wandeling te maken. Yorkshire is gewoonweg prachtig.
