    Terrible service - cancelling booking 1 hour after check in time.

    Unacceptable experience. Had to chase up for check-in instructions & code. Check in time was 2pm. Did not receive any information until 3pm. Then 30minutes later received a message from Booking.com advising that the booking had been cancelled by the property and had to find accommodation elsewhere for 9 nights. Booking.com offered an alternative place at $6k more than what we had originally paid. Also had to fork out payment for new accommodation, which was significantly more expensive due to last minute booking while waiting up to 7 days or more to receive the refund on the accommodation that was cancelled on us. Both experiences by property owner and Booking.com was very poor.

    O local foi muito bom, perto de supermercado. E fácil para se locomover.

    Quando chegamos no apartamento, não tinha sabonete, ligamos para a proprietária, disse que poderíamos comprar que ela reembolsava, mas isso não aconteceu. No primeiro dia a água do chuveiro estava quente , nos dias restantes a água estava gelada, ligamos para proprietária ela disse que não poderia fazer nada. Foi quando meu sobrinho ligou para o Booking para relatar o que estava acontecendo, o rapaz do Booking entrou em contato com ela e ela disse para procurar um outro local que ela devolveria uma diária.

    Mooi appartement op een prima locatie. Ik zou het zo weer boeken.

    Zeer goede locatie. In principe op loopafstand van CBD maar ook dicht bij Wooloomooloo. Van alle gemakken voorzien (vaatwasser, wasmachine, droger, fijn bed, keuken, etc.

    Je kan last hebben van de muziek vanuit de gym tegenover het appartement (als je aan de achterzijde zit).
