Leider sehr enttäuschend.
Die Aussicht aufs Meer, wenn denn die Fenster sauber gewesen waren. Aber offensichtlich wurden sie nach dem letzten Sturm nicht mehr gereinigt.
Das Apartment war leider sehr dreckig bei unserer Anreise und hat extrem faulig gemüffelt, wie als hätte hier lange niemand mehr gewohnt und es wurde wohl auch nicht gelüftet. Die Fenster waren extrem dreckig, wahrscheinlich vom letzten Regen / Sturm. Im Bad gab es nur kaltes Wasser, obwohl der Boiler einen Höllenlärm gemacht hat. Wir haben daher auch die Dusche nicht genutzt, um nicht das ganze Haus zu stören mit dem Lärm. Das Apartment ist leider nicht fußläufig von der Innenstadt entfernt, so dass wir immer das Auto benutzen mussten. Ich denke, dass die Besitzerin des Apartments nicht vor Ort wohnt und deswegen auch nicht über den Zustand Bescheid weiß.

Excellent location, lovely home, helpful and responsive owner. Definitely recommend.
The view was fabulous and the apartment was very spacious and comfortable. The full kitchen was great. Access was straightforward. Communication with the owners was thorough, friendly and quick response times. Would stay again when we return to Simons Town.
I didn’t see AC units. It might be warm in summer although good fans would probably be enough.
