    The location

    The bed was the biggest issue, a put-me up at best. So uncomfortable. Everything was unloved and tatty.

    I like the self contained element so we could relax without asking for anything in particular. We had everything we needed there. I enjoyed the complimentary tea/coffee/sugar etc

    The location was ok as it was quiet and had a lovely rear view although there was nothing close by to walk to.

    Well equipped, with free parking and a pretty decent location. Everything you need and all of it working as expected. Not a half bad view out over the field either with a short walk getting you an even better view out over the Cornish coastline.

    The room was like an oven when we first arrived, however there was a fan and keeping the curtains/blinds closed with the windows wide open and strategic placement of the fan kept it mostly tolerable for the weekend. The TV was a little useless, tiny and sat awkwardly in the corner.
