The staff was excellent, the location very convenient, plenty of shopping, food, and access to public transit. Bus and subway stops within 10 minutes. The team assisted in coordinating the drop of of my luggage that the airline had left in my previous stop. I am extremely appreciative to them. They were kind and communicative my entire stay.
