    A warm welcome from our hosts on arrival. Everything was perfect. A beautifully furnished holiday home in a picture perfect village. Comfortable, spotless and thoughtfully presented. We were totally happy with our three night stay and would have loved to be able to stay longer.

    Such a relaxing stay in this beautiful accommodation

    We loved the accommodation which was very comfortable and full of character and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The garden area which is shared with the hosts Rachel and Thom was lovely to sit in and a very tranquil place to relax. Rachel and Thom were wonderful hosts, answering any questions we had. They told us about nice walks very close by to the river and the priory estate. We loved the few days we spent there and will definitely return.

    There was nothing we didn't like.

    A very attentive hosts who makes you welcome with only a short drive to the park and ride to visit all York attractions.

    The location was excellent as we were going to the wine tasting at the vineyard so we could walk there. The hosts even offered a lift if we needed it but we were happy to walk.

    Nothing we didn’t like.

    Wonderful little place to stay

    It had everything you would want and need, location was brilliant for why we were there and not far from York City if you drive or catch a taxi. The accommodation was perfect and so was the location. The hosts were very friendly and welcoming, cannot recommend staying here enough. We hope to be back for the wine festival next year. Thank you so much for a wonderful weekend.
