    Booked at short notice. All was perfect: particularly being able to park at the property and short walk, via steep hill, to town. We'll return if going back to Brixham.

    Great one bedroom apartment with absolutely everything you need. Great location and extremely clean and tidy. Emily went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. Loads of useful information in the apartment of things to do in and around Brixham. Would definitely recommend staying here 👌

    Everything was perfect so comfortable. Spotlessly clean. A lovely touch a Devon cream tea and beautiful shortbread had a brilliant time

    gorgeous little venue with every mod con you could wish for

    Home made scones and shortbread biscuits were superb and really welcome after the drive from London - enogh to enjoy these for breakfast and afternoon tea the following day! Emily was great communicator and very helpful - Little Trevio was exactly what we hoped for: perfectly laid out, comfortable and very clean and functional. Will definitely be recommending to other friends and hope to return again ourselves at some point
